DESCRIPTION:Otter Tail County invites you to learn about the intentional efforts of the OTC Works workforce strategy and how we can continue working together.\n\nAttendees of the Workforce Summit will LEARN about the current workforce environment\, ENGAGE with presenters and attendees\, and be ACTIVATED for where we are going together on workforce development.\n\nSpeakers will discuss:\n\n\n	Current workforce environment and resources\n	Resident recruitment efforts to bring needed workforce to the county\n	Efforts to build the future workforce by engaging with students\n	Creating a welcoming workplace\n\n\nWho should attend?\n\nEmployers\, school and education partners\, local government officials\, workforce partner agencies\, and anyone else who is impacted by the workforce challenge and touches workforce development.\n\nRegistration opens at 8:30 AM with the program starting at 9:00 AM.\n\nOtter Tail County strives to host inclusive\, accessible events that enable all individuals to engage fully. Please let the event organizers know if you request accommodations including advance copy of slides to be projected\, reserved front-row seat\, wheelchair access\, lactation room\, or others. Please contact cda@ottertailcounty.gov at least 1 week prior to the event.
