At Your Service - Customer Service Training
Today’s customers/clients are more diverse, more aware of their choices, and have higher expectations. Quality customer service is the key to success for businesses and organizations. The At Your Service training program is designed to help employees understand culturally sensitive service and how to provide it for their diverse customers. Participants who complete the training will receive a Certificate of Completion.
Curriculum and Presenter
The curriculum for At Your Service is developed by the University of Minnesota Extension and delivered by Leigh Shebeck. Leigh is an accomplished presenter and consultant who has worked with industries, such as the food industry, non-profit organizations, communications companies, senior living sector, health care, colleges and universities, and government. He spends his time facilitating trainings, running his businesses, and enjoying his family.
Training Objectives
This program is designed to build the knowledge and skills of service providers. Specific program goals are that participants will:
•Understand the foundation of customer service.
•Increase their awareness of culture and how it affects customer service both for the service provider and the customer.
•Gain enthusiasm, confidence, and commitment to provide superior service to all customers.
•Practice customer service skills, build knowledge and write a personal action plan.
