Consumers increasingly want their purchases to align with their personal values around the environment and sustainability. Learn more about what the growing number of conscious consumers are looking for with Cedar Walters, who has been a local advocate for responsible consumption through her work with the Otter Tail County Solid Waste Department, and now as Climate Officer for West Central Initiative. Cedar will walk through examples of local businesses walking the walk and incorporating environmental sustainability into their operations, as well as some barriers that reduce the effectiveness of environmental initiatives and the importance of communicating your efforts both inside and outside your organization.

This will be an interactive session.
