Fergus Falls/ Detroit Lakes/ Moorhead Area Housing & Community Dialogue
Join USDA Rural Development, Greater Minnesota Housing Fund and Minnesota Housing along with local and statewide stakeholders for a day of sharing and learning. This Housing & Community Dialogue is designed to engage a broad network of staeholders for tactical discussions about specific affordable housing needs, including workforce housing, supportive housing, and managing an aging housing stock.

10:30 a.m. - Local Perspectives Panel
11:30 a.m. - Agency Overviews featuring Mary Tingerthal (Minnesota Housing), Warren Hanson (Greater Minnesota Housing Fund) and Colleen Landkamer (UDSA Rural Development)
12:15 p.m. - Lunch with informal discussion and networking
1:30 p.m. - Afternoon Working Sessions. Choose from the following:
- Single Family Rehab and Construction
- Multifamily New Construction Affordable and Workforce Housing
- Supportive Housing and Housing Needs of Special Populations
