FREE EVENT! Our first bat festival ever in Minnesota! Celebrate the unique role of bats in ecosystems as insect eaters, while dispelling myths and misinformation that generate needless fears and threaten bats and their habitats around the world. The festival features activities for children, families, educators and conservation professionals. Presentations, speakers, live animals, hands-on activities, games for kids, and interactive exhibits provide a full day of fun and environmental education. Additionally, please join us later that night, from 8 PM to 10 PM for Science Night at the Lincoln Memorial Garden to watch bats emerge at sunset!
