Every baker should know how to make a pie crust. If not, here's your opportunity to learn how grandma did it. The instructor will cover techniques of how to make a flaky crust and successfully roll it out. You'll leave the class with a recipe, knowledge, and a pie crust to bake at home. Tasting included. Bring to class a 9" pie pan. Registration fee of $10 plus $15 food fee to instructor.
