Join us in learning about the flavor profiles of Eastern cooking - Thai, Chinese and Indian foods. We will discuss the importance of herbs, spices and chilies in these cuisines and the differences amongst them, as well as create and sample a few tasty dishes. Class fee of $10.00, plus $10.00 supply fee paid to the instructor.
