Learn to work with yeast and discover that it's more forgiving than you think. I will share a relatively simple recipe for sweet rolls that require only one rise, a dinner roll recipe that sits overnight and is ready for you to shape into something such as delicious garlic knots the next day, and a favorite all-purpose soft sandwich bread with whole wheat and oats. We'll let our mixer do all the kneading work and I'll provide professional tips on working with yeast in general. Class fee of $15.00, plus $8.00 supply feed paid to the instructor.
