The purpose of the Engineering Technician position is to provide, maintain, and improve on a safe and efficient transportation system for the residents and visitors to Otter Tail County. Individual work assignments include planning, designing, surveying and providing right-of-way, managing and inspecting Otter Tail County road construction sites, projects, bridges, and drainage ditches.
