Customer Service Representative
Full Time 

Primary Duties
• Assist licensed agents in servicing existing clients including completing endorsements, memos, follow ups, and documentation
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while providing basic information when needed
• Provide support to agents by complete coverage forms, paperwork, information gathering.
• Maintain quality service by following procedures and presenting a professional appearance and demeanor
• Quote new and renewal business under the supervision of a licensed agent
• Respond promptly to client inquiries 

Required Skills & Experience
• Ability to multi-task and manage workflow
• Critical thinker with an attention to detail
• Microsoft Office products proficiency
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage confidential information
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and an organized workspace

Preferred Skills & Experience
• Prior CSR experience or related experience
• Insurance agent licensure or the ability to become licensed

Physical Requirements
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk

Compensation
• Starting wage $40,000 - $45,000 per year
