Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Construction Project/Sales Manager to oversee projects and employees, maintain direct contact with business owners and clients, and actively participate in project labor. This role involves managing landscape construction projects, driving sales efforts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Oversee and participate in landscape construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
• Order and organize necessary supplies and materials for projects.
• Lead weekly team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and strategies.
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met.
• And other duties as assigned.
• Technical Skills:
• Expertise in paver installation, block installation, retaining wall and boulder wall construction.
• Proficient in erosion control, water mitigation, and carpentry skills.
• Experience with shoreline repair/rip rap, rock and mulch beds, paver sidewalks, patios, driveways, block or boulder rock walls, boulder rock or wood steps/walkways, tree/stump/shrub removal, foundation water barrier/drain tile, and plantings.
• Sales and Client Relations:
• Conduct and create estimates for potential projects and follow up with customers.
• Follow the sales process diligently, including lead generation and meeting sales goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide weekly reports to owners on sales performance and project status.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve efficiency and high-quality results.
• Implement efficiency-driven processes and improvements with the team.

Qualifications:

• Great interpersonal skills and supervisory abilities.
• Flexibility in projects, locations, and availability.
• Previous landscaping or similar experience.
• Carpentry skills and landscape design experience.
• Conduct oneself with honesty, integrity, and professionalism at all times.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
