The Accessories Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. Working closely with the staff, you will drive sales, provide top-tier customer service, and ensure the team's ongoing development.
What you will do:

Provide exceptional customer service and assist with customer inquiries, orders, and troubleshooting.

Manage daily operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Assist in training, coaching, and motivating the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Maintain store safety, security, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
What we're looking for:

Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required.

A strong understanding of vehicle accessories and automotive products is a plus.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

A professional, team-oriented approach with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
