Traveling Administrative Assistant
As a Traveling Administrative Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work in each of Pemberton Laws physical locations of Alexandria, Detroit Lakes, Fergus Falls, and Wadena, with the Fergus Falls office considered home office. This position will provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff to ensure efficient operations and excellent client service. Our work is fast-paced and challenging, but also mentally stimulating and interesting. Essential Responsibilities for Each Location:
- File management and organization.
- Daily errands and mail.
- Workstation set up and/or take down.
- Back up reception.
- Complete additional assignments as required/assigned.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Perceptive and meticulous.
- Capacity to regulate and perform under stress.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum of two years of general office experience.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Pemberton Law will train suitable candidates that can bring talent to the organization.
Parameters:
- Weekly travel between offices is required and mileage is reimbursed.
- Full-time, Monday – Friday, equaling 37.5 hours per week.
- Workdays start at 8:00am and end at 4:30pm.
Additional Information:
Pemberton Law offers a competitive wage crediting experience and education. This position is non-supervisory, receives an hourly rate of pay, and qualifies for overtime.
