THE OPPORTUNITY Full-time position working in the Public Works department. This excellent opportunity is responsible for collecting refuse on residential and commercial routes.This position will work under the general supervision of the Street and Refuse Supervisor.   RESPONSIBILITIESDrives a collection vehicle over a designated route, picking up disposed municipal solid waste.Operates refuse packer truck to load and compress refuse.Performs routine inspections and preventative maintenance as needed
