PSN App Shutdown

Effective October 14, 2026, our payment processor, Payment Service Network/PSN, no longer accepts payments made through our mobile app. The services that supported the app were turned off and the app can no longer process payments.

This completes the retirement of the PSN mobile app, which was previously removed from the app stores. Please be aware that payments can no longer be made through the mobile app. To pay online, visit our website at www.parkregion.com/bill-pay.
