Ann Boutwell has been appointed director of Pioneer Cottages in Fergus Falls. As director, Boutwell oversees daily operations and is responsible for promoting a supportive living environment for people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of memory loss. Boutwell earned her nursing degree at Northwest Technical College in Bemidji, preparing her for licensure as a registered nurse. more
